The earlier the better! This allows you and your guest to make payments towards their trip. Destination weddings are becoming more and more popular. Pricing is determined by availability, so it is advisable to book early.

If you book your travel through us, we are compensated by the tour operators that we use. For Destination Weddings we have a planning fee that starts at $500 and is based on your wedding package and group size. For just a honeymoon, the planning fee is $200.

No, prices are not guaranteed until a deposit has been paid and a reservation is confirmed. Airfare and hotel prices fluctuate frequently, so we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible once you are ready to book.

Once we have chosen the perfect venue and package, a deposit will be needed to confirm your date. Deposit can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX.

Honeymoons: Balances for the trip must be paid in full 45 days prior to departure; if it is a Group Booking we can discuss group bookings further.

We highly recommend it! Travel insurance protects you if you have to cancel for a “covered” reason (for example, major illness, death, or other catastrophic event). Travel insurance also provides coverage for hurricanes, loss of baggage, travel delay, trip interruption, and emergency medical expenses while traveling out of the country. The cost of travel insurance is based on your travel package, and usually runs from $59 per person.
