How to find a workable budget for your vacation

How do you know if you have a workable budget for your vacation?

  • Google flights is your friend. This is my first stop when researching any trip. Go to www.google.com/flights, search your departure city and where you want to go. This will give you an idea of how much of your budget needs to go towards flights.

  • Then take the number of nights you plan to stay in destination and multiply that by $400, at a minimum.

  • Add the two together and that's your starting budget for a trip to 2

Viola!
