Is it time to renew your passport? Here are a few do’s and don’ts:

✈️ DON’T wait until it’s expired

✈️ DO start the process 6-9 months before you travel

✈️ DO check your expiration date before booking a trip. Some destinations require passports that are valid for at least 6 months after your travel dates. Some airlines won’t allow you to board if you don’t meet this requirement.

✈️ DO keep an eye on processing times. Right now, renewals can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks.

✈️ DO work with a travel professional like me, so your travels are stress-free. I always ask my clients for the expiration dates on their passports BEFORE booking a trip.
